Goal:                                                     Supporting the initiative to perform ,,minimally invasive’’ heart surgery at the Heart Institute in Cluj Napoca

Rotary Satu Mare participated in 2018 as a financial advocate within the project by which the Heart Institute in Cluj-Napoca was equipped with the necessary equipment for carrying out minimally invasive surgery. Through this project, prospective patients from Satu Mare can have a heart surgery in Cluj-Napoca by minimally invasive methods, which means small incisions that reduce the patient’s post-operative suffering and the post-operative complications, the recovery being much faster.
